A graduate of Hood College with a B.A. in Business Administration and
Marketing, Heather has served the Frederick business community for over 10
years and is an accredited Economic Developer by the IEDC.
Heather serves on the board of the Maryland Economic Development
Association and is the Chair of the MEDA Professional Development Committee.
She also serves on the Downtown Frederick Partnership Business Development
Committee and the Frederick County Chamber’s Public Policy Committee.
